A Unique Holiday Accommodation Located in Cumbria
Traditionally, yurts were used by nomads in Central Asia. However, in the UK, they have now become a popular holiday accommodation. Located in Cumbria, in beautiful surrounds, Drybeck Farm is the perfect place to enjoy a yurt camping experience. Our luxurious and magical yurt, Croglin, is nestled unobtrusively on the river bank. It was handcrafted by the Lakeland Yurt Company from locally grown timber, turning it into the perfect rural retreat. You can also stay at one of our gypsy caravans or wood cabins.

Step through the doors into a stunning, beautifully appointed interior with vintage furniture and soft furnishings either recycled or personally chosen by Paula. The wood-burning stove will soon chase away the evening chill for you to then wake up to the sound of the birds and the river. On fine evenings, you can sit outside by a roaring fire while listening to the owls and the splash of fish jumping in the river.
Croglin has a luxurious double bed. In exceptional circumstances, and by prior arrangement, two single beds can be provided in addition to the double with room to spare. Please discuss such needs with us before booking.
